Custom Product Policy

Payments

    •    A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin all custom orders.

    •    Full payment must be received before items are delivered.

    •    No work will begin without a deposit.

Design & Inspiration Submission

    •    After booking, clients must DM or submit their inspiration details. Please include:

    1.    Inspiration pictures

    2.    Color schemes

    3.    Specific quotes or wording

    4.    Themes or event details

    5.    Any logos or photos (if applicable)

    6.    Clear communication ensures the best results.      

If no inspiration is provided, Forever Customs Events will design at creative discretion.

Turnaround Time

    •    Standard turnaround time is 7–14 business days depending on the order size.

    •    Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

    •    Clients are responsible for ordering in advance of their event date.

 

Design Approval

    •    Mockups will be provided (if applicable) before production.

    •    Once a design is approved, no changes can be made.

    •    Forever Customs Events is not responsible for errors approved by the client.

 

Refunds & Cancellations

    •    All custom sales are final.

    •    Deposits are non-refundable.

    •    No refunds will be issued once production has started.

 

Order Pick-Up / Delivery

    •    Clients must arrive at the agreed pickup time.

    •    Delivery fees apply based on location.

    •    We are not responsible for items once they are picked up or delivered.
