Policy
Booking & Deposits
• A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date.
• Final balance is due the day of event
• Dates are not held without a deposit.
Inspiration & Event Details
Clients must DM or submit their event inspiration after booking. Please include:
1. Inspiration photos
2. Preferred color schemes
3. Theme details
4. Venue location
5. Setup time and event time
6. Any custom wording or signage requests. (May be additional fee)
If inspiration is not provided, Forever Customs Events will design based on creative discretion.
Setup & Breakdown
• Setup times must be confirmed in advance.
• Client must ensure venue access at scheduled time.
• Breakdown services are not included unless added to contract.
Outdoor Installations
• We are not responsible for damage caused by weather (heat, wind, rain).
• Balloon lifespan varies depending on environment.
Cancellations
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the event, full payment may still be required.
Damages
• Client is responsible for any damage to rental items.
• Missing or damaged rental pieces will result in replacement fees.
General Policy
• By booking with Forever Customs Events, you agree to all terms listed above.
• We reserve the right to use photos of completed work for promotional purposes.
• Pricing is subject to change upon add ons without notice.
